We are looking for an experienced and able Manager to take overall charge of our Birmingham Depot. Reporting to the Regional Director, your remit will be to drive performance of the business through strong leadership, customer and quality focus, taking full P and L responsibility and managing assets, resources and personnel to meet a range of key performance indicators.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful record of prior operational management experience in a multi-depot technical service business. Experience of the hire industry, and especially pump hire and temperature control solutions, would be a strong advantage.
You should be willing to travel and would ideally live in the Birmingham area.
