M&E Project Manager - London
As M&E project manager you will take total responsibility for the M&E element of this project. This will include defining strategy and key milestones for the effective delivery of projects, managing opportunities and risks, managing capability and competences of M&E resources, representing M&E functions to all project stakeholders, and managing project KPIs to achieve Perfect Delivery.
You will have M&E project engineers, installation supervisors, and commissioning teams reporting into you.
Main responsibilities of the role •Take responsibility for the management of a number of different projects to appropriate time, cost and quality targets and to forecast and monitor performance against these targets •Ensure that all the installations are designed, built and certified to the required standards and that all functions are carried out in the appropriate manner •Proactively deliver a quality installation to the customers satisfaction •Deliver a high level of performance in key areas of health and safety, environment and quality constantly supporting our Perfect Delivery objectives •Implement appropriate company policies and procedures •Manage the projects risks and opportunities in line with company procedures •Actively promote continuous improvement initiatives •Manage the appropriate costs within the contract parameters ensuring maximum utilisation of resources.
